Here’s some of the exciting new features our team has been working on this month:
ORACLE INSIGHTS
New Insights, Recommended Price & Oracle Strategy
PriceMole Oracle is our new and in Beta machine learning based predictive analytics tab. Here you can learn more about your competitors pricing trends, inventory management and promotions with purpose.
You may also notice on the left side of the Oracle tab, lots of new trends. The oracle is training to detect anomolies in pricing and stock. It learns to identify large price differences, stock trends, sale trends, and more for future predictions.
ORACLE PRICE
First you will notice that there is a new Oracle Recomended Price on each Product page. The Oracle takes into consideration all of your competitors prices, orders over time, and psychological pricing models. These modals are still training to give you the best possible price on the market. If you want to give it a try, you can head over to Price Strategies and create an Oracle Strategy. All active products on this strategy will then match the oracle price.
MANAGING UNAVAILABLE PAGES
Often webpages become unavailable when products are discontinued, no longer sold, website is unavailable etc. Previously PriceMole would not detect this and just save the last available price forever. Now PriceMole will detect any 404 pages and mark them as unavailable. In Notifications you can now see the pages that are marked as unavailable and replace them with alternative competitors.

FASTER SEARCH
You will notice that search times for large inventories have been greatly improved and should be near instant.
